Ask any midwife, they will tell you that midwifery is a calling, a labor of love to serve women and families. As more families discover the value of choosing midwifery care for their low risk birth, the demand for midwives is increasing. If you have considered exploring midwifery as a profession, join us on June 25, 2015.
We will have both student and practicing Certified Nurse Midwives (Carla Morrow & student) and Certified Professional Midwife (Christy Martin) and her student (Jamie Hinton) answering questions in a panel format about their training, how they balance work & family life, and how they have grown successful businesses in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area.
Meeting will be held at the University of North Texas Health Science Center:
1000 Montgomery St.
Fort Worth, Texas
Medical Education & Training Building.
Parking and main entrance are on Bunting Street.
TCBN meetings are free and open to the public. Please remember that regular meetings are only for adults and babies who are content to stay quietly in your lap or in a carrier for the duration of the meeting.
Thanks so much for your cooperation!
