Stroller Strides - Strength for Motherhood
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms that they can do with their babies. It includes power walking/jogging along with intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. Taught by specially trained instructors, this is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Pregnant moms are also welcome, just please obtain your doctor/midwife's permission first.

Prenatal yoga is good for mothers and babies. Connect with your growing baby and with other pregnant women. The physical postures of yoga facilitate birth and help alleviate the common aches and pains of pregnancy. Breath work prepares a woman for labor and birth. No yoga experience is necessary.
