"Bed Rest Before Baby" is an antepartum doula service that provides assistance, to pregnant women and their families, who may be on bed rest or who are experiencing a high risk or difficult pregnancy and may need extra suppport in their home.

Providing in-home postpartum doula service for families who want a smoother transition during their postpartum period. My focus is in helping the new mom and family after the birth of their baby, providing hands-on education on infant and mother care, including breastfeeding support. Doulas of North America certified.
